Abdomen and Back

Tummy tuck, also known as abdominoplasty, procedures are used to remove excess, saggy skin in patients with or without stubborn pockets of fat, and to tighten the stomach muscles. A curved incision is made from hip to hip slightly above the pubic area. The length of the incision depends on the size of the area to be treated. Through this incision, the abdominal area is realigned, tightened and repaired (as appropriate) to achieve an ideal contour. Excess skin is carefully excised, and the skin of the abdominal wall is drawn down to stitch at the pubic line and close the incision.

Liposuction or Liposculpture

Liposuction is a procedure used to remove unwanted, stubborn pockets of fat in areas where diet and exercise are ineffective. Liposuction can be combined with the fat transfer technique by extracting and grafting fat cells to sculpt and enhance other areas of the body.

Post-Weight Loss Surgery

Body contouring procedures can be used to remove, tighten and reshape droopy skin and stubborn fat pockets following significant weight loss. Surgery is usually performed in stages over time as body contouring requires more than one surgical procedure to achieve optimal results.

Fat Grafting

Lipofilling is used to transfer unwanted fat from one area of the body to another. This technique is now a routine procedure used in a variety of clinical applications in plastic surgery. Fat transfer can improve contours and proportions, fill hollow areas, and increase breast and buttock projection as fat cells are naturally rich in stem cells and a great option for rejuvenating the skin.

Buttock Enhancement Surgery

Patients typically undergo buttock surgery to improve the contour, size or shape of under-developed buttocks; to correct sagging skin in the gluteal area caused by weight-loss or ageing; and to repair malformations. The most common surgical techniques to shape and tone the buttocks are fat grafting and silicone implants.

Arm Lift Surgery

Brachioplasty, is a surgical procedure used to improve the appearance of droopy skin, and to remove lose, pendulous skin and fat in the upper arms caused by significant weight loss.

Plastic Surgery for Calves

Calf augmentation encompasses a variety of surgical techniques used to enhance the shape and size of calves.

Breast Enlargement

There are two basic techniques to increase breast size and enhance breast shape: Augmentation mammaplasty (the most common method), and breast augmentation with fat grafting (lipofilling) to transfer fat from one area of the body to the breasts. Patients who desire a moderate increase in breast size may be ideal candidates for this technique.

Male Chest Reduction Surgery

Men can sometimes suffer from a condition referred to as gynecomastia. (or enlargement of breasts). True gynecomastia occurs when glandular tissue in the breasts builds up, causing the breasts to swell. Pseudo-gynecomastia (or breast enlargement due to fat deposits), on the other hand, is a build-up of fatty deposits in, under or around the nipple. Mixed gynecomastia is a combination of both conditions. Gynecomastia has a profound impact on self-confidence and often causes considerable embarrassment; however, this disorder can be readily treated with surgery.

Breast Uplift Surgery

A breast lift, clinically referred to as a Mastopexy is the surgical procedure used to raise the breasts and reshape stretched or sagging breast tissue. Breast uplift can be combined with breast enlargement to achieve better cosmetic results.
